Full course description
Facilitating Learning for Adults is self-paced and consists of six modules. This course will allow you to develop a robust foundation in pedagogical practices that foster student success through a deep understanding and application of adult learning theory. Participants will be able to design and implement supportive course structures, as well as assist learners in identifying and articulating meaningful goals and objectives that enhance motivation and foster a sense of agency in the learning process.
The estimated time to complete all six modules is 4 hours. Participants who complete the course will receive a certificate of completion from the UAF Center for Teaching and Learning. Additionally, upon completion, participants will be awarded two microcredentials through Credly.
